1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using MICTO (the "App"), provided by HAVADHIMICTO PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. User Accounts and KYC Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. To maintain a trusted environment, users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before posting or accepting tasks. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3. Posting Tasks (Posters)

Tasks are posted using voice instructions. By submitting audio, you agree to our community guidelines.

• Audio tasks must meet a minimum duration and word count.
• The use of abusive, illegal, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited. Our AI moderation system will automatically flag and reject non-compliant tasks.
• You must deposit the agreed task fee upfront. Payments are processed securely via our registered payment gateways (Razorpay and PayU). Funds will be held securely until the task is marked completed or disputed.

4. Completing Tasks (Taskers)

Taskers are independent contractors, not employees of Havadhi. By accepting a task, you commit to completing it safely, legally, and according to the Poster's instructions. Upon successful completion, funds will be credited to your in-app wallet, which can be withdrawn to your verified bank account.

5. Disputes and Moderation

If a task is not completed satisfactorily, a dispute may be raised. Havadhi reserves the right to review the task details, chat history, and audio instructions to mediate and issue a final ruling on the payout.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use MICTO to solicit illegal activities, bypass the platform's payment system, harass other users, or distribute malicious content. Violation will result in immediate account termination.
